ETERNALLY WET / ETERNAMENTE HÚMEDA

10 years ago, in 2002, as part of the team "Dabadaba Remixers Project" (formed by Fernando Defboy and myself), we experimentally remixed the track "Eternally Innocent" by Fangoria, from his album "Naturaleza Muerta (Still life)".
The musical idea was that there was no music, based on a remix made by KLF some years before on the Pet Shop Boys track It Must be Obvious (UFO Mix).
Instead of instruments, you could hear noises of ships taking off and all kinds of other spatial sounds.
Subterfuge Records kindly provide us the voice of Alaska (the singer) and we simulated the crime of Hitchcock's film Psycho, garnishing audio with single words and phrases spoken by Alaska herself during interviews and TV shows.

Finally our remix was not published in Fangoria's EP "Eternally Innocent", but the label released a new CD called "RITMIC.POP" with some Spanish groups rarities, and they decided to include "Eternally Wet", that was the title we gave to this imagined performance under the shower.

Some months later we could talk about this remix with Fangoria in the dressing room after a concert in Fraga.
Here you can see that moment.
